LABORATORY TESTING
LABORATORY TEST
QPV has its own facilities to perform quality control tests on photovoltaic modules, for their qualification prior to their installation in a project or to verify their operation at a later stage. The tests included are:

EFFICIENCY PROTOCOLS
- Single-facial module maximum power test
- Maximum power testing of bifacial modules
- Bifaciality measurement
- Calibration of monofacial reference modules
- Calibration of bifacial reference modules
- LID test
- PID test
- Visual inspection
- Thermographic inspection
- Electroluminescence
- Measurement of coefficients of variation with temperature
- Electrical insulation test
- Wet leakage current test
The above tests can be performed on both monofacial and bifacial modules and shall be performed in a manner consistent with international standards.
