QPV DEVELOPS SPECIFICATIONS AND PRODUCTIVITY OF THE WORLD’S LARGEST FLOATING FV PLANT
QPV collaborates with IES-UPM in the development of the technical specifications and productivity study of the world’s largest floating photovoltaic plant (50 MW), to be built in 2019 in the largest artificial reservoir in Southern Europe. This process includes the initial estimation of the solar resource and long-term production expectations, the preparation of the technical specifications and advice in the engineering bidding phase, as well as the tests associated with the commissioning and advanced monitoring of the performance of the installation, aimed at minimizing the uncertainty of this type of installation.
